Masala Sweet Corn
Masala Sweet Corn Recipe, a healthy and quick snack that can be prepared within few minutes. A very simple recipe of Sweet Corn liked by everyone from kids to grownups. I have made Masala Sweet Corn / Cup Corn in 2 different tastes using Sweet Corn Kernels and spices.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Butter Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat 4 – 5 cup water in a pan on medium flame, add 2 tbsp Salt and heat till it starts boiling.
- When water starts boiling, add Sweet Corn Kernels, boil for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes switch off Gas and drain water from Corn Kernels.

- Take 1 cup Corn Kernels in a bowl.
- Add ½ tsp Butter, ¼ tsp Chilli Flakes, ½ TSP Black Pepper Powder, Salt and mix well so everything is incorporated very well.
- Masala Sweet Corn is ready to serve.
- – Method 2
- Add remaining 1 cup Corn Kernels in another bowl.
- Add ¼ tsp Chaat Masala, ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder, ½ tsp Lemon Juice, Salt and mix well so everything is incorporated very well.
- Masala Sweet Corn is ready to serve.
