Today I am sharing 2 different recipes of Raw Mango Chutney (कच्चे आम की चटनी). These chutneys are made from Raw Mangoes and spices along with Sugar or Jaggery. Ingredients:
- – Chutney 1
- 1 cup chopped Raw Mango (Kaccha Aam)
- 1/2 cup chopped Coconut
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 6 – 7 Garlic cloves
- 1-inch Ginger
- 5 – 6 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste
- – Chutney 2
- 1 cup chopped Raw Mango (Kaccha Aam)
- 1 cup Jaggery (Gur)
- 8 – 10 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 2 tsp. Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- – Chutney 1
- Cut raw Mangoes & Coconut in small pieces
- Add all ingredients in a mixer jar.
- Grind until smooth.
- Do not add water.
- Store in airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1 week.

- Cut Raw Mangoes & Jaggery in small pieces.
- Add all ingredients in a mixer jar.
- Grind until smooth.
