Satisfy your Chocolate cravings with this Eggless Double Chocolate Mug Cake. This is very easy, instant and moistest Mug Cake recipe that can be made in just 2 minutes. Using following ingredients you can make 2 Mug Cakes (200ml mug size).
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp. Powder Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3 tbsp melted Butter
- some Chocolate cubes
- 1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add dry ingredients – All Purpose Flour, Powder Sugar, Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder and Baking Soda.
- Mix well all ingredients.
- Now add liquid ingredients – Milk, Melted Butter and Vanilla Extract.
- Mix well and prepare Mug Cake batter.
- Add Chocolate Chips and mix well.
- Add some chocolate cubes in the microwave safe mug, pour the batter.
- Bake in the microwave at high temperature for 70 – 90 seconds.
- Serve Eggless Double Chocolate Mug Cake.
